German spring tour coming up!

Tomorrow it’s time for us to hit the German autobahn again to prepare for our next big project!

On April 16th at Harmonie in Bonn we will be recording “Songs From The Road” on DVD/CD which will be released in September 2015.

We will be 10 persons on stage both that night and the night before, at Meisenfrei, Bremen.

Both sax players will be there, and also Lisa Lystam Family Band(Sweden) and Ida Bang (Denmark/Sweden) on backing vocals.

So therefore don’t miss the band on our German spring tour which will bring us to the following venues and festivals:

Our fantastic booker Annika Westman is retiring. Annika has been the booker of Thorbjørn Risager & The Black Tornado for 19 years. In these 19 years she has booked more than 1300 gigs for the band in 24 countries! When I first met Annika in 2005, we discussed the possibility of her booking for us in Sweden. After a few months she had us booked all over Sweden, so I asked her if maybe she could book us in Norway as well. Same thing happened, after a little while she had us booked all over Norway too.
