Songs from the road in the making!

We have been working very hard on the “Songs from the road” album and we’re almost done with everything!

Within a week or so we will reveal the first song/dvd-album showreel and we can’t hardly wait to show it to you!

The album artwork is made by Heike Becker @ Queen-Design and we’re so excited about it! Go check it out below 🙂

The new combo dvd/cd album will be released September 25th in Europe and in the beginning of October in the US on worlds best label Ruf Records! Stay tuned and we’ll keep you posted with more details soon! 🙂

Our fantastic booker Annika Westman is retiring. Annika has been the booker of Thorbjørn Risager & The Black Tornado for 19 years. In these 19 years she has booked more than 1300 gigs for the band in 24 countries! When I first met Annika in 2005, we discussed the possibility of her booking for us in Sweden. After a few months she had us booked all over Sweden, so I asked her if maybe she could book us in Norway as well. Same thing happened, after a little while she had us booked all over Norway too.
